Cuzzy's Brick House

the food was delicious! great selection of dining option! the ambiente was the operator of the lower partitur. like a glorified applebee. over the headlights were too bright for an evening meal at 19:30. hostess was great, but the server looks a bit shy and possibly only finished to be trained. the water was only brought out after the arrival of the appetizer, and not until I asked for one. not much, but the rest of the meal was the same attention. it felt like she never got close when we were looking for something. otherwise it was great to eat.

So I hadn't been to Cuzzy's for a year but I wanted a filet and nobody else in Chaska has them. Last year it was delicious. Today it was over cooked, my baked potato was undercooked and I can't say enough about how sub par the mushrooms were. What happened? Our waitress was pleasant enough and did her job however I am assuming she mistook me as someone who couldn't afford to eat there.... she may have given us more attention had she known she was wrong. Next time I'll take the time to drive to Redstone.

here is pizza sooo good! highly recommended!
