Cygnus has been my favorite restaurant for the last 15 years, I am sad to see it change but excited for what is to come. The service is excellent, the food is divine, and the view is absolutely incredible. My husband and I drove out from IL for one last hoorah dinner there before they shut their doors on the 16th, and we were so glad we took the trip. Shout out to our server Anna who treated us like family and makes the best drinks in town (it's a whiskey sour that tastes like key lime pie! Yummm!
We celebrated our anniversary and made a reservation using the OpenTable app. Unfortunately, our special occasion wasn’t acknowledged when we arrived. While we understand that mistakes can happen, it was odd that two other tables nearby were recognized for their anniversaries.
Anniversary. We marked anniversary as our occasion in the open table app reservation. However it was not acknowledged. Which is completely fine. However, we found it odd that both tables near us did have their anniversaries acknowledged.

Very good service, unfortunately they will be closed for a remodel for more than a year. Looking forward to the reopening
The octopus tentacle was incredibly tender and juicy, practically melting in my mouth.
Always the best service and quality food. Their brunch is the best in Grand Rapids.
