I really adore their homemade potato skins, but I wish they would make them more often! I go out of my way to get them, but recently I had multiple negative experiences. When I tried to address the issue with the owner about his employees giving conflicting information, he defended them and didn't seem to care about the misinformation being spread. It's clear that many of his employees are family members, and I refuse to support a business that is not willing to listen or address customer concerns. I will not be returning and will also advise others to do the same. Disrespecting customers and disregarding their feedback is unacceptable.
