Amazing Experience at Grimaldi’s Pizzeria! If you’re looking for delicious pizza on the Las Vegas Strip, Grimaldi’s Pizzeria at the Canal Shoppes in the Palazzo Venetian Hotel is a must visit! We tried the Awesome Pesto Pizza and the Traditional Margherita Pizza, and both were absolutely fantastic. The flavors were spot on and the quality was top notch. I had an amazing experience at Grimaldi's in the Hotel Venetian on the Las Vegas strip. The pizza was delicious and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for authentic Italian food in America. The kids also had a great time making their own pizzas, showcasing the hospitality of the restaurant. The dessert was also phenomenal. Overall, a great dining experience that I would highly recommend.
Pizza was just so so ok. This was my first time at a Grimaldi. I probably my las time for pizza. I thought it was too thin and on the pizza and the crust. The 35 dollar price was steep for what I got. My wife wants to go back and try something different. I think the pizza is better at BJ's, Pizza Hut, Costco...I also liked Domino's better but my family disagreed..If this is authentic Italian pizza, Thank God I'm an American.

The Caprese salad was acceptable, it didn't have much flavor but it wasn't bad. The Margherita pizza was very good, I loved the dough (it was thin) and it didn't take them long to bring it. The waiters were very friendly and continually attentive to us and very friendly. The table they sat us at was also very good, you could see the city from inside and the place was very quiet. I would recommend it without a doubt.
Autumn the server is fantastic. Great personality and she's fun. Even putting up with all our lame jokes. The pizza is the bomb here. Fresh, and outstanding red sauce and onions. Our experience at this restaurant was disappointing. After waiting for 10 minutes to be acknowledged by the hostess, we ordered a pizza that took over an hour to arrive. The server seemed uninterested and the overall service was poor. We only ordered a basic wood-fired pizza, but the wait was excessive. We will not be returning to this establishment.
The pizza is really good and I am from Chicago where we know pizza. The service was great. The atmosphere is like a restaurant night club. Kid-friendliness: We have three kids from 8, 10 and 12. They had no problem serving them. The kids loved the pizza. We had nothing left to take back to the room.

First meal in vegas, worst pizzas we have ever seen. Tomato base was uncooked red sauce out of a jar, had to scrape it off to try and eat the pizza. Also got the order wrong, believe me there are a million places for pizzas in vegas, don’t go for this one.
Everything is delicious, the waiters are very friendly, I recommend it
