the lunch in da rosario was a dam on my “to do” list – the day we managed it was blunt and cold, and the staff kindly offered us a place in the parent restaurant mezzalira to protect from the weather. the menu is full of trials, but on a working day we kept it easy – I ordered the spaghetti carbonara and my friend selected the pizza special – tomato and truffle mushroom. both meals came out quickly and at the same time and looked like good Italian cuisine should be – easy. the food here is all about

Delicious. Great food, great value. Had the best pizza I've had in canberra and at $16 it was a total bargain. Nice flat dough, i got the spicy toppings and the ingredients were such good quality. Good paninis, coffee and lovely cannolli too. So good it's inspired me to add mezzalira to my CBR bucket list

Reliable and delicious.. Service is good, the coffee is good, and the food is wonderful. I would highly recommend going here for a casual date. For a student, a little pricey, but the portion sizes are good and I've never had a bad meal here 19 Oct, 2014 Eggplant Parmagiana. An excellent vegetarian option
Almond Croissant. Beautifully light, crispy and crumbly, the almond croissant was filled with a dense almond paste and topped with flaked almonds and icing sugar. Just the right size too!

mandel croissant. nicely light, crispy and crumby, the croissant mandel was filled with a dense mandel paste and coated with lubricated mandel and powdered sugar. the right size!
