I informed her that I would be calling the manager, and her response was simply, "Go ahead, I don't care." I understand that finding good help is difficult these days, but her behavior is unacceptable. I reached out to the manager, Nick, who said he would address the issue. I suggested that she be asked to leave due to her conduct, but he said he couldn’t do that. He refused to share the owner's name, but assured me that he would report the situation to someone higher up. This experience was simply unacceptable.
The pizza was enjoyable, but the crust missed the mark when it comes to authentic New York style. It was quite thin and dense, lacking the light and crispy texture characteristic of true NY pizza. However, the ham and pineapple pizza still had a great flavor. There’s a definite need for an authentic New York style pizzeria in this area, so we have to make do with what we have. We were celebrating a birthday at the bounce house next door and intended to order food for our entire group from Davinci's. Unfortunately, the pizzas were not ready when promised, and when we raised our concerns, the woman at the counter started yelling and swearing. I will never spend another penny at this place, no matter how good the food might be! One star is still too generous.
Davincis's is a hidden gem in this little town. Authentic New York style pizza always piping hot when delivered to you. Crusts are thin with the perfect amount of chewiness. The rest of their menu is delicious as well...it would be difficult to pick favorites! Delivery does get a little backed up on weekends, so order early to ensure you get your food when you want!

My son and I both love Davinci's! There are a lot of choices and their rewards program is great. We usually get wings or pizza but their strombolis and subs are really delicious as well. The staff are all friendly and helpful and will remember you if you're a regular. A great little family place to eat!
Their entrees are good and service is also ok. The delivery time was great. The problem was the pizza. It was awful. Thin greasy crust with grease floating on top. Crust was so thin that it was flimsy the next day. Won't be ordering any more pizza from them!
Such a great place to enjoy an evening meal with great service and great prices! Always a smile and a thank you! We either dine in or do take out..... either way has always been a delightful experience!

Pizza is awesome. Wings are fresh and crispy, great bleu cheese dip. Yummy. Really good burgers too. Nice atmosphere.
