Traveling thru town on my way back home and decided to stop at a local place for an order to go. I am a business owner and I like to shop local. It was on a Friday, during lent so I was hoping to get some clam chowder and a nice soft bun to go with it. But, no. Their special of the day was pulled pork Sandwich and soup was split pea and ham. Instead I got a 'bowl ' of green chile soup with a bun that was placed on the flat top grill so it tasted like whatever was there before it! That went in the trash. The soup was in much need of salt. It tasted like chile water. And I could do without the corn husks that were in it. I grabbed a pastry for later. Had I known that it was $5, I never would h...

We love to patronize local businesses, especially bakeries, but we were very disappointed with Daily Bread. The staff was unfriendly to the point of rude. the Eggs Benedict were covered with a yellow goo that looked unappealing and tasted even worse. Think, flour+water+yellow dye. The ham was cardboard. One bite was all it took to leave the rest. The Veggie Spuds were mostly dried potatoes and tiny, tiny pieces of vegetables .... hardly worth $8. The serving was the size of a side in any other restaurant. Definitely one of the worst breakfast experiences we 've had while traveling.

Cute little shop, absolutely the rudest service person ever. Long wait. Only one person on counter during busy time and one guy took forever to make a choice while the line grew to the door. Three other people were working, one chatted with someone about condiments the entire time I waited. . I bought two different breakfast pastries to go and threw both of them out because they were so over sweet I just couldn’t eat them. Rude service. Just didn’t feel like they wanted my business. To bad, I really wanted to like it.

The place is quaint for sure . The staff is hit or miss with friendliness. I have never been for breakfast..maybe they are in a better mood. Lunch sandwiches just blah. Chicken sandwich just that chicken and bread, no lettuce tomato? The veggie sandwich had all raw veggies on white bread. Tasteless sandwich. Prices are very high. I get that the cost has gone up and do not mind paying if the food is tasteful. But wow! 28.00 for blah sandwiches? I will not return . Twice is enough fir me. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Cute little family owned breakfast and lunch place. We stop for quick lunch. Not bad. The pulled pork and potato salad was good. The butter squash bisque has sweet corn sweet. Quite good

Everything is homemade and so delicious. Great selection of pastries especially if you go earlier in the morning. You can go super healthy or just pig out here. Definitely recommend

Don’t come unless your ready to spend 20$ for a small coffee and a cinnamon roll. Service was eh. Not bad but there are better coffee shops out there plain and simple.

A MUST stop. Amazing cherry flipped pies. Janet was so kind and gave a great recommendation. The pie was still warm when we got it from being fresh out of the oven. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
