This was my first visit back after the new owners took over. My burger was tasty, but they seem to be a bit stingy with the cheese. The fries were slightly overcooked but still decent. My husband ordered the pork fritter extra crispy, but it ended up being a bit limp, and he mentioned it had a strange taste—maybe they’re using a different vendor? The new owners have decorated the restaurant in a sports theme. Dairy Delight has always been a reliable choice for a good burger. The onion rings were hot and delicious, but my only complaint is that I could really use a handful of napkins to handle all the gooey cheese that gets everywhere!
Dairy Delight is a hidden secret in Washington. Congrats if you found it. The burgers are seriously on par with Whataburger. That's to say it's fresh, hot and extremely good. Extremely good. You're going to wait ,but be patient it's worth it. Bear in mind these are made to order and not under a lamp. The cyclones (think blizzard) are really good as well. I usually get the turtle but any are good.

The fried mushrooms were completely undersized and overpriced. That was all I could manage to order because the lady taking orders was very abrasive, obnoxious, and was barking orders at the customers. I have loved this place ever since I was a kid. And now I love it even more, bringing my grandson here for burgers and ice cream is the best. I had lunch at such a wonderful place where I could truly enjoy good company and conversation over a warm, heartwarming meal, finished off with a delicious soft serve dip cone. Food: 5 stars, Service: 5 stars, Atmosphere: 5 stars.
The best hamburger in town! The ice cream is fantastic as well. The staff is always friendly. It can get quite busy at times, so you might have to wait a little, but it’s definitely worth it. Go and enjoy!
