Waited at the window for a long time, no other customers. Finally 1 of the 3 girls came to the window and informed me they couldn't take my order until they were done charging drawers. Watched the 1 counting the drawer start over several times, seemed to be unable to count. Waited a while longer and no one came to the window. Got tired of waiting and left.
Staff is awesome. They work so hard and with the heavy customer traffic they manage to keep up and crank your order out in a timely and swift fashion. Food is great. Love my local DQ Harrison, MI. Great job!!!
Wow... the brownie Heath Bar dessert was absolutely delicious! I often order the peanut buster parfait, but this was a fantastic change. The staff were really friendly too!

Kids and I go here lots. Great staff! Always helpful, friendly and I dont think I've gotten had an order get mixed up. There's a reason it's always busy!
I just went through the drive-thru, and I had a great experience! The staff was friendly, the line moved quickly, and the kids were all smiles.
The ice cream is delicious, but the food leaves much to be desired. It tends to get quite crowded after 8 PM, just before they close.
