The restaurant was extremely messy, and we found hair in our order. They mistakenly gave us two flamethrowers instead of one, and the food was cold and stale. Despite requesting no pickles, they added them to my daughter's sandwich and also messed up our order. This place is truly unclean; the staff often leaves their food on tables, making it difficult for customers to find a place to sit and eat. It's always dirty when we visit, and the staff is consistently impolite and has a bad attitude towards us. What happened!!?? I used to go here 2-3 times a month for lunch as I work close by. It used to be awesome! Something drastically changed in the last 6 months or so, new ownership perhaps? The speed of service is horrible and the friendliness of most (not all) workers I have encountered is terrible. No thank yous, etc. Management, please don’t bother responding to me with one of the canned responses that you have given anyone else that has taken the time to offer their experiences. Your canned answers are insulting.
So the fries were overly salty, but the blizzard that this tall guy made me was good! Atleast the ice cream is good, makes up for the bad fries. But he gave me a spoon and napkins and everything! There were these girls blasting inappropriate music, but these men here really did a good job! I think his name was André or Andriy but he was amazing!!
6:50 pm on Saturday, March 30th, 2024. Your location is closed. Says your open until 11pm. Not the first time this had happened. Done with this location. Please don't respond back saying I should give you another try. Respond back why you were closed. I'm more interested in that.

Order was messed up. People in front of us also had an incorrect order. There is a reason the girl at the drive thru make minimum wage... She is still 75% overpaid. It's not brain surgery, get the orders right... 1 star is a gift.
The cleanliness of the restaurant and the quality of service are disappointing. Additionally, I must mention that the chicken strips are now only about two-thirds the size they used to be, which is really quite pathetic.
When Jasmine works the drivethrew, expect to get no smile, no Thankyou, and definitely not the right order. My recent experience was so bad I tried to call a manager but nobody answers the phone.
This is the most overpriced Dairy Queen in the state, with everything on the menu costing $2 to $3 more than at other locations.
