I went to the dairy queen of the town of chateauguay Friday evening 20 May at 10pm, as the one to thank farm at 9pm. surprise, I want to order a royal blizzard cheesecake and replace the ice cream with vanilla with chocolate ice cream and I'm told that we can't do it with this blizzard in particular (!?!). So I ask the young girl at the wheel department if it's possible to do it anyway and charge me an extra ($), that I don't mind at all. she politely answers me that it is not possible and she gives me the option to order a regular blizzard with piece of cheese, but that there would be no strawberries inside. Unfortunately, that's not what I want to order. So I'm offered a $5 blizzard when I...
There is only one place to eat your ice cream that at dairy queen this iconic place has been open for many decades and people always come back for more on those hot days of summer yes over the years menus have changed but this place is always consistent that's why it has survived so long great ice cream from shakes to sundaes to a half and half vanilla chocolate soft ice cream something for everyone also great ice cream cakes for birthdays can be ordered ! cheers to another 30 years of dairy queen !
Visited yesterday. Waited 10+ minutes in line as they served 5 drive thru customers before those standing outside. Once they took my order, they told me that app coupons don’t work in Quebec (which appears to be true, even though the app tells me where the nearest DQ is in Quebec). Disappointed, I order two small dipper cones. $9.50?!? You’ve got to be kidding. Went to McDonald’s and got something similar for $4. Won’t be back.
Promised my kids that we would go to this place after their activity knowing that is opened until 10pm. Arrived on site a little before 9pm, the guy was still making a blizzard. Waiting for about 10 minutes and the a girl arrived. Wanted to order but she said that they close at 9pm. The sigh in the window clearly says 10pm. Refused tu serve us even when we ere there before 9pm
The staff at this restaurant is friendly and efficient. Even though there was a line, they worked quickly to serve everyone. I definitely recommend this place whether it's a hot or cold day.
This DQ has been at this location as long as I can remember. If your looking for a treat,they have many choices and really nice cakes.Parkung is no problem and they have a drive through.
Did a Door Dash order for 2 large blizzards only received 1 of the 2 , though charged me for 1 never was advised about the other half of my order, really poor communication on DQ's part.
Our favourite ice cream shop, everyone is very friendly and a great quality product. Our ice cream cakes are always from here for our birthdays!
Ideal for anyone who enjoys ice cream, I highly recommend trying the Oreo Ice Cream Cake.
