My three-year-old could draw a better looking ice cream cone then what I was just handed. You are Dairy Queen how do you not know how to serve a proper looking ice cream cone? This thing look like an old wilted elves hat....and it was already melting to boot. Fail.
Not a huge selection to order from, no place to sit inside and I didn't notice a public restroom. The manager was rude to the employee that was taking my order, left me at half order and got not apologies for the interaction.
Gave me the crunch costing for my cone in a separate cup. I understand that they have to do that now, but it is impossible to put it on without making a huge mess...

The lobby was closed even though their hours indicated they were open. The drive-thru line extended onto the highway, and the service was incredibly slow!
