Their food is infested with hair... this is not just the first time this has happened.. yet after finding hair in my family's food. I tried to call 20+ times from 8-9. That night the same day and they wouldn't answer. After finding the receipt in my wife's purse a couple days later I tried again to call and got a very rude and unprofessional owner. I was told that it was my fault that I should of called the same day. I told him I did 20+ times and said I have screenshots and picture of the hair all in our food. Usually the service is great, food comes as ordered, and everything is fresh!! Recently I ordered my meal and three chicken tender kids meals, and was given complete garbage!! NOT A SINGLE TENDER... nothing but overly battered pieces of chicken so hard my kids couldn?t eat it!! When I called I wasn?t allowed to speak to management, and I was told in order for anything to be done I must return the food!! I wouldn?t have minded at all if I lived close or would return soon, but it was completely offensive!! They STOLE $17 from me for those kids meals and I had to order food elsewhere!! the dame gave my friend a half melted bblizzard he ordered for me (I worked a 12-hour shift) she wouldn't turn it around. for obvious reasons. After he had swapped his card, he waited for something he had ordered, and she said they hadn't done this article anymore. even after he paid for it. she didn't refund it. I was here several times. most of the time was eating literally ok .. often it was bad but went there bc next to zaxby 's there is nothing in this area. as often as I'm here. I'm not back.
Hello! My mom and I always visit this restaurant after our doctor's appointments, and I absolutely love everything here—it's so fresh! The burgers, fries, sodas, and ice are all delicious. I've heard that this place has been around for a long time, which is great because many people have enjoyed their food over the past 30 years or so. I hope you all have a fantastic day. they do not know the ingredients that go in a tropical or hawaiian blizzard. when I told her what the ingredients were, she was angry, said they were in business 17 years, okay, I understand it, but it doesn't change the fact that they don't know the ingredients. obviously they also don't know the price because it's different every time.
The customer service is awful! The staff just loiter around and move at a snail's pace. No one bothers to engage with customers. I waited 20 minutes for a blizzard in the drive-thru, despite the dining room being empty. When I finally received my ice cream through the window, it was without a lid, and it was also raining at the time!
Stay far far away from this location!!! The manager is rude and I asked for my sandwich to be fresh not microwaved. He microwaved the sandwich with the veggies on it and told me it was fresh off the grill!!! This is how you make people sick!!! Someone please do something about these fast food locations!!! It's getting really bad!!!
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Don't like this location! The ice cream has no flavor. My banana split toppings were watery. It was close and I wanted ice cream BUT I was more disappointed than satisfied. Just look at these uncooked chicken bites....ewww
