Manager, Josh, went beyond and beyond for a 9-year-old little boy who was under my care for the day and was sad “because he didn’t get a birthday cake or gifts for his birthday”. We made a fast, impromptu stop at the DQ and put together a small party with a group of children. I didn't find out later the day that he was cheating on the loss of a close family member. Thank you. Josh, you're helping us take this away. It really did his day.
