This is the second time I've gone to this particular DQ, and I remember why I said I'd never go back after. There's something about their burgers at this particular establishment that makes them taste very off compared to the rest of the franchise. It'snot pleasant. My guess is the fryers and stuff aren't being cleaned regularly or at all (or being done right). Also went therewith my austistic son because he loves french fries. We realized he's never had french fries from dairy queen, so we venturedout to this establishment. Once again, just like 6 years ago when I was there last, French fries were not salted at all, and Ihad to go home and salt my own fries. Sure it sounds like a first worl...
I ordered from here recently and asked for a brief moment to review the menu, as I had not been for awhile. I asked the drive thru employee about the contents of two NEW featured blizzards. He told me them and then under his breath, said ?this guy is soannoying.? The fries we received were cold and the blizzards were poorly made. I filed a complaint with DQ corporate who onlyreplied thank you for the feedback. DRIVE TO CULVERS. There is one close and the employees there are respectful and the food isfresh.
I had gotten a double hamburger and it was so hot i could hardly hold the bottom part of the bun, you know it was heated up in a microwave it was about one of the worst burgers I've eaten, i was told by a friend it's hit or miss at this particular locationif you get a good meal or not. I ended up throwing the burger out in the woods next to the parking lot for the critters to eatI'm sure they would enjoy much more than me!
Ordered a two cheese deluxe and a flamethrower signature stack. The two cheese deluxe had no lettuce tomato or onions on it. The flame thrower had no jalapenos. I was told it came with jalapenos. I called to let them know and no one answers the phone.You get a message saying the mailbox is full. Tried three times. I can see why. Cashier didn't know how to do coupon. Won't beback.
