I had an amazing experience at Dairy Queen! The cashier was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the manager was completely committed to delivering outstanding customer service. The food and ice cream were both delicious and served promptly, even though the restaurant was busy with orders. I was truly impressed! We visited on the evening of May 21st, and if we ever find ourselves in Jasper again, we will definitely come back!
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the service! After placing our shake order, we asked our server to repeat it back to confirm it was correct. Instead, she quickly recited our order in a rather unfriendly tone. When I pointed out that there was no need for rudeness, she dismissed us as customers. That was completely fine with me; I went to Wendy's instead, where the service was much more professional.
I love Dairy Queen! I have been going to DQ for about 20 years. This location was great! Quick service, clean and had extra comfy seating inside. There is also an outside patio. We got the Royal peanut butter brownie blizzard and the brownie oreo cupfection. And milkshakes. Will he back when I pass through town. Thank u :
The order was perfect. The chicken tasted as though it had been fried for at least 30 minutes. I've had better from this restaurant, but it was late in the evening, so that could be a factor. The store was clean, and the staff were polite. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I absolutely adore this place! The staff is consistently friendly and efficient whenever I go. And I don't even need to mention how incredible the ice cream is—it's simply fantastic!

The service needs to be improved at this location, but the food is always good. I have never had a problem with my order.
