I get exceptional service every time I visit this store. The staff is always friendly and smiling, even when I get off work late and show up just before closing. Marc the owner/mgr always makes you feel welcome and appreciated. Today he went above and beyond even more so than normal. I went in to get a large order of blizzards for the 911 center and he would not take any money and just offered his thanks for the work done by these often overlooked, true first of the first responders. Keep up the phenomenal work Marc and the whole DQ staff! You keep our community great!
I wanted to get ice cream today and they didn't have my super favorite ice cream... Cookie dough hard ice. The new owner was very nice and gave me a free blizzard. Excellent service!!!
The Washington DQ is better than ever! The new management has made improvements...nice picnic tables and benches! The ice is as great as ever! Pumpkin Pie Blizzard!!
