I ordered lunch for my son and me, but they got nearly everything wrong. When I went inside two or three times to fix the order, all I heard was, "You're going to have to pay for that." I would have been happy to pay for it initially if they had gotten my order right. Also, the drive-thru took 33 minutes, which is the complete opposite of fast food.
Well when you gotta wait over 10 minutes in the drive thru because the person working is to busy having a conversation with the car ahead of you yeah no 5 stars
The food is consistently hot and delicious. I recommend driving to Jefferson instead of Hallsville, as Hallsville has poor customer service and rude staff.

The oil in the fryer definitely needed to be replaced since they had been frying fish in it. As a result, my steak sandwich had a fishy flavor!
They never answered the drive-thru, and when I finally got there, there was a family reunion happening outside. It was really frustrating!
In my view, this is the finest restaurant in town. The food is always top-notch, and the service is remarkable.
