Pulled in drive thru in evening around 8:30pm on a Saturday. Craving a delicious Blizzard. Ordered the new Sea salt toffee fudge Blizzard and due to long line it was a very long 15-20 minute wait. Handed me Blizzard with top on. Opened top as driving away to eat and I was handed a Blizzard Soup! Pics as Shown were when I got home but it was literally in same condition as I received it just more soupy. It was ALL completely melted (see pics) and really disappointing. Looked like it would have tasted good. If I wanted soup I would have headed to my nearest diner not DQ!! Hopefully the workers can start looking at the food product before handing off to their customer. Never going here again to...
I came in last minute to grab an ice cream cake for my 9 yr old.Flynn, who helped me TREMENDOUSLY, offered to write on the cake for me on the spot. She asked what his favorite color/s were and incorporated it with what color was already on the cake! It looked AMAZING!! I just wanted to say: THANK YOU FLYNN for going above and beyond. I was very impressed with the exterior landscape design during my first visit. The customer service was excellent; the staff was friendly and attentive throughout. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for fast and friendly service.
Ice-cream makes everything better! Always clean when we go in. Food is always freshly made and the staff always have smiles on their faces. Perfect place for after a baseball double header!

My large blizzard was literally scoop of filling on top and the 80% of the blizzard was just vanilla icecream. Didn't even give spoon for it, or a straw for the shake.
I love this place. Usually fast service even if they are super busy. All the staff we contacted were happy and wonderful. Hard to find in a fast food place.
Always a great visit. You can't beat a delicious blizzard. The guy at the drive thru was very nice and our treats came out fast!
I wish I could take my tip back. Took forever. Didn't follow delivery instructions at all. Horrible!

Yum! Only negative, the chili cheese fries were SO SALTY! Coming from a person that likes salt!
