This was an interesting experience. We waited 15 minutes for chicken strips and fries. It was clear this location was not understaffed (8 employees), but there was a definite disconnect between making the food and delivering the food to the appropriate party. For instance, there were many times that a blizzard or cone was created and went straight into the freezer, rather than to the party standing waiting in the entrance. The customer had to ask if the ice cream in the freezer was theirs because of the wait ... It was.The owner/manager should do a Lean analysis to review processes. Everyone seemed busy and hard working.... but confused.
Gave you all another chance. Your kids can't cook. The chicken was dryer than the desert over cooked . My son's hamburger kids meal the hamburger looked like it had been cook 6 weeks ago burnt and hard. They ask if I wanted to replace it no . Why wouldI want more over cooked food. Fries was ok. Ice cream was good but that's all you got going for you. Atleast the old manageryears ago knew what she was doing and trained her kids. Won't let give negative stars but it was a negative 6 on the food. Try harder teach your kids . There is no more chances for food.
We waited in line with two young children for ice cream. After waiting for 15 minutes without being helped by anyone at the counter, we became concerned that they were only serving drive-through customers. Eventually, we decided to leave without buying anything. Two other people also left without making a purchase. In the end, we went to Dairy Delight in Morgantown instead.
I visited this restaurant on Tuesday and enjoyed some delicious burgers! The service was excellent. I regret not leaving a tip for the server, though. There was an additional charge of $7.00 that was added to my bill without my knowledge. I would have asked them to remove it, but overall, the food was great. I went there on Tuesday this week and had some great burgers! They did a great job! I did not tip them, but should have. $7.00 extra dollars was added separately to my charge without my consent! I would normally have this taken off, but the foodwas great. Probably won't go back again now!
Our order was incorrect after waiting in line for 20 minutes. We had ordered 1 hotdog, 2 orders of cheese curds, and 1 hamburger. We returned to give it another try as Dairy Queen had requested. This time we ordered 3 ice creams and it took them 18 minutes.
The overall experience was good, but my son's hotdog was deep fried too hard. My guess is that it was overcooked. The hamburger my husband ordered also looked different from what we expected, with a large outer ring that seemed to be not quite right.
I probably won't be going to this restaurant again. I have bought several blizzards here recently that were not properly mixed. The bottom half of the blizzards was only vanilla ice cream. It was a waste of money. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
the personal was very nice. eating was pretty fast prepared and it was good. in recent years, dairy seemed to have gone down the hill, especially because of personal shortage, but this was all good.
