I would give this place half a star if I could, but it seems that's not an option on Google. This used to be my favorite spot, but I’m not sure I’ll be returning anytime soon. Too much has happened, as the saying goes. Two weeks ago, I ordered my favorite steak dinner basket with extra gravy. When I dipped my steak into it, I ended up with a mouthful of ranch dressing instead. To make matters worse, ranch had spilled over everything in the basket because they heated it up and melted the top. Today, I ordered a hamburger that I’m convinced had been microwaved; the patty was so rubbery it was almost inedible. Goodbye, Dairy Queen of Brookhaven.
Supposed to be a Georgia mud fudge blizzard. Very very light on the chocolate, no brownie, a drizzle of fudge, and peanuts instead of pecan. Tried to explain to the young lady at the window that he should not have vanilla ice cream showing at the top but she wanted to argue. Drove off when I should not have. It was melted when I got it. Nasty!
I wouldn’t recommend using the drive-thru. The three Blooming Onions I ordered weren’t frozen at all—they seemed like they had just been made a few minutes early. I can’t comment on the lobby experience, but I would suggest avoiding the drive-thru.

The place a health risk the staffs cloths are nasty no one in a uniform. Food was cold and fried food was cooked in burn grease. The mold hanging from the ceiling was not the worst there was water dripping from roof in my food
Poor attitudes in the window. The lady kept wiping and rubbing her face. Then touching the cones. No gloves or hair nets! They also did not provide the flavors advertised on TV and their window.
they gave me the Blizzard Runny they had to sit there while others were in front. I am not going back I am going back
The restaurant is very clean, offers delicious food at a reasonable price, and the staff are attentive and helpful.
