Young girl who “works” the register is rude. No introduction when you walk in. I asked for what I wanted, no “okay we’ll get that for you”. She just looked at me and rang it up on the register and walked away. I’m sorry I interrupted your conversation with your make worker, but you have a job to do. SHE DIDNT EVEN TELL ME MY TOTAL. I had to look on the screen myself. She’s a young girl who I hear is the owners daughter. Anyone can learn basic customer service. This is the second time I’ve been to this location that this girl is more worried about flirting with her male coworker instead of helping customers. Will not return.
It's ok--a Dairy Queen where you can get the things you usually want to get at DQ. I stopped here because I was very much craving a blizzard. It's a very small location with no drive through but plenty of parking since it's located in a shopping center. But when I stopped in, the bathroom was under repair. Hope they're getting that taken care of because it is indeed incredibly inconvenient for customers (and employees, I'd assume). It's a fairly small DQ with only maybe four or so tables and I'm not sure they sell food here besides ice cream treats.
It felt like stepping back into 1965. I took my three grandkids to the DQ in Westmont for an after-school treat, only to discover I'd left my wallet at home. We had already placed our order, but the owner was incredibly understanding and said, "No problem, just call me with your credit card number when you get home." No one does that these days! It was such an impressive display of trust. And, of course, the ice cream was delicious!
This is our favorite location! The owner is genuinely friendly and greets you warmly as soon as you walk in. The service is fast and friendly, but I do wish they would participate in the $0.85 blizzard promotions and other deals that Dairy Queen offers. Unfortunately, they don't have any specials at all, which can be discouraging for loyal customers like us who help keep the business running.

Online hours said they close at 8:30pm. Store front hours said they close at 9pm. I 'm standing in front of the store at 7:30pm and someone wrote closed on a piece of paper. Not sure if permanently closed or if they just don 't have the staffing to stay open during the normal hours of operation
I know that Dairy Queen stores are similar but I really appreciate the friendly service, generous portions, and efficient service this store in particular provides. There are two closer Dairy Queens but I do choose this one over others
The staff is always friendly and accommodating, often staying open a few minutes late to serve me and my friends during our dance practice breaks. We love the ice cream and truly appreciate their excellent service!
The owners are super friendly and helpful with everything. The ice cream and icecream cakes are delicious, cannot recommend enough!!
