Waited 20 mins for a 2 pc mobile order. The manager was a snot acting like I 'm the one inconveniencing her. We go to fast food places to get quick service especially when it 's a mobile order. I could have went to a nice sit down for the same amount of time. Ya I 'm standing there looking at you all just standing around effn off while I wait for a mobile order that states it would be done at 6:11 I didn 't get out of there till 6:23. I placed my order thru the app 5:59. Omg she 's just standing there staring at me blah blah blah talking about the customers reaction to bad service like im not standing right there. Real professional. OVER 20 MINS FOR A 2 PIECE ON A MOBILE ORDER LOL
This review is specifically for morning crew but for a while now i would get food before heading into work and 8/10 times my order was wrong either modifications i ask for aren’t done and also not on my receipt or my drink will be wrong however if im picking up dinner for my family or visiting with friends while night staff is present my order is always correct Service: Take out
