The employee who served me seemed VERY annoyed, snotty and had no sense of customer service. I went through the drive through at 5:40 on Friday February 23rd and not a single car was in line. I got cold fries that were questionably a small and when I went to pull away I stopped and had her come back to the window because these were too small to be a regular size for the price of them. she told me (very snotty) how they only have 2 sizes a regular and a large and that was what a regular was. As I was driving away I realized my 2oz ranch that was half full was extremely watered down and my fries were cold. 0/10 poor service. If I could rate this place a negative star I would. This has to be by far the worst place to eat in Middlebury Indiana. The management should be hang their heads in shame for hiring a bunch of kids and allowing the quality of this place diminish so severely. My family or myself will never visit this establishment again. We ordered Bizzards, what we got was milk shakes that was supposed to be the blizzards. And they tasted so bad we could not eat them. They had the smell of old chewing tobacco and the aftertaste was even worse. Almost worthy of a hospital visit. We all ended up sick to our stomachs. We are locals and normally go here quite often. But for the past few years the food is just not up to par the service is even worse. Waited 10 minutes at the drive-thru speaker I was the only car there. It really doesn't matter what you order because you're not going to get it anyway. Ordered specific sandwiches with specific condiments totally got something else did not like it was not even edible. Seems like all teenagers work in there no adult supervision. And this can't be just because of covid because this has happened way before covid. Not going to return to this DQ they have gotten the last of my money that they will ever see. I will be spreading the word to avoid this DQ at all costs...
Last couple years this location has gone down hill bad. I stopped eating here for lunch as it would often take my entire lunch break before I got my food. Today it wasnt busy so I gave it a try again. The fries are cold, soggy, and the oil they used is atleast a week to far gone. These things are so gross I almost got sick from one bite! So disappointed. Nobody cares and they'll just continue to pay people starving wages and they'll constantly be understaffed and food will be horrible. DQ needs to go!!! We need more local restaurants that care.

Dumbest people on earth! Ordered a cake online because no one answered the phone for 3 days only to be told cake lady is out till Tuesday so no cake for you on Sunday. I then asked for them to hold a cake for me and it took me asking 3 times for her to put a name on it. Minimum wage is too much to pay these idiots. Should be zero stars but wouldn't post without one
Do your self a favor do not eat here!!!! Go to the ice cream place across the street!!!! This is the Grossest Dairy Queen I have ever been to!!! It's so so dirty the bathrooms are down right nasty, the food is gross and it takes forever to get!!!
I am a local frequent customer. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru, get to the speaker and I'm told they are not taking any more orders. It was 9:01 when I got to the speaker. I had been in line for 15 minutes! Horrible customer service!
Friendly and quick service. The food is standard Dairy Queen fair but the service is on point. We recently moved to the area and have been impressed with this location Chick fil A vibes on the level of service for a fast food restaurant.
