Honestly, I would have to rank this Dairy Queen at the bottom of my list after 70 years of visits. The staff appeared to be all young people who seemed indifferent. The service was mediocre, and the burger we ordered without onions came loaded with them. I returned it, and they promised to provide us with a new burger. However, when I got back to the table, it was the same burger with just the onions removed, and the inside was a complete mess, with toppings scattered all over the burger and its container. I definitely cannot recommend this location to anyone!
I recently dined at your restaurant and wanted to share my feedback on the experience. Unfortunately, I found the customer service to be rather unwelcoming. I wasn't greeted upon entering, which felt quite discourteous. Several interactions throughout my visit left me feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. The staff at this restaurant were very friendly, which I appreciated. However, my low rating is primarily due to the food. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake blizzard, and while I remember the cheesecake bites being flavorful in the past, they were disappointingly bland this time. My boyfriend, on the other hand, got the fudge sundae and really enjoyed it. Another downside was the soft drinks—they were excessively sweet, suggesting there might be an issue with the machine.
When my banana split was finally ready, the staff member was standing at the counter holding it up in the air while chatting with a coworker. I cleared my throat and politely reminded her, "I’ve been waiting 30 minutes!" I couldn't even figure out who the manager was—the place was a mess, and it seemed to be run by inexperienced staff lacking a strong work ethic and basic service skills. It was quite the circus. Unfortunately, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Upon entering the store, I felt ignored as the staff focused on fulfilling online orders. A simple acknowledgment like "we'll be with you shortly" would have made a big difference. It took at least 15 minutes just to place an order, and another 10 minutes to receive it. Additionally, the cleanliness of the store could use some improvement.
The in-person service was terrible, with a wait of over 20 minutes for our food, which arrived incorrect and incomplete. The cleanliness of the establishment was also a concern, as I noticed mud on the floors and dead bugs in the windows. I will not be returning to this location or ordering from it again.
My wife and I truly think that DQ offers some of the best burgers around. They deliver a classic burger experience without any unnecessary fancy toppings, and each bite is full of flavor. Plus, we can't forget about their premium ice cream! If you haven't visited yet, you definitely should!

I treated myself to a delectable Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard, and it was simply delightful. The ice cream was rich and creamy, with generous mix-ins that were perfectly blended together. It was fantastic!
