This is a fantastic restaurant with friendly and patient staff, and the food is excellent. The place appears clean and well-maintained. The burger patties may not be large, but they’re a decent size. I would rate the value for money at just above average (7/10). While the smoothies and shakes are a bit pricey, they're definitely worth it. The staff was very helpful in pointing me towards a peanut-free option. I wasn't aware that some cones containing nuts are dipped in chocolate, which could have contaminated it. I likely would have had a reaction in the car if it weren't for their assistance.
Food was great. Staff however could use better training. But it was a young girl who took my order. You could tell she didnt want to be there. She took my order then threw away my reciept and disappeared in the back before i could say anything, shedidnt get my cup for my soft drink. I had to ask the person who brought my food for my cup. He then had to verify i was owed adrink (totally understand this, he didnt take my order) also one item on my order was wrong. I noticed when i got home. If thegirl who first served did so with more attention i would be leaving a 5 star review.
The food was fantastic, but the staff could benefit from some additional training. A young girl took my order, but it was clear that she didn't want to be there. After taking my order, she threw away my receipt and disappeared into the back before I could say anything. She also forgot to get my cup for my soft drink. I had to ask the person who brought my food for my cup, and he needed to confirm that I was owed a drink, which I completely understand since he didn't take my order. To top it off, one item in my order was incorrect.
Terrible experience. I was so frustrated that I didn’t even ask for a refund. Three times at the drive-thru, I clearly said no mayo, no mayo sauce, but when I got home, there was mayo inside. Did they really think I wouldn’t come back? I threw the food on the counter and told them to think about it. Mayo makes me feel sick. I’ve been disappointed at many places before, but never insulted enough to write a review like this. I’ll stick to the chip stands from now on—they actually pay attention. I'm so excited that we finally have a Dairy Queen in our town. The food arrives hot, and the sandwiches are carefully crafted, not just thrown together. Everything is cooked perfectly. This is a wonderful addition to our community. Excellent job to the staff – keep up the great work!
Great service, however if you're selling cakes you should have staff on hand that are able to properly write on the cakes. Was very disappointed with it and it's not the staff's fault. Owner should look into it. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Service is usually always good. Good tastes great. Staff always friendly. Drive through is sometimes a challenge sure to how narrow in some spots the lane is.
