During my recent visit to Dairy Queen Grill Chill, my order consisted of some slush for an ice cream treat, as well as onion rings. I've always had a good experience going into this location but my order is always just a plain chocolate sundae. The line is always long and you have to wait as it's usually one person (female) running their butt off while the others (male) chit chat and wander around.This review is more for the cake ordering service. Basically you cannot order a cake unless you go into the store. They do not accept online orders. And, when you call, the phone rings and rings until you're told the mailbox is full? What kind of store doesn't have a proper phone line? And what kind of store doesn't answer the phone?

I admit I did not go into this location for anything but n ice cream cone as I was sore and tired and needed a break from the long drive back to Toronto. However you can tell things about a place from how clean and well run they are. the place is extremely clean and I saw enough customers getting their own orders of hot food and aw hem enjoying heir orders. The huge amount of freezer space here shows they do a huge amount of take home treats. i know next time I am in the area I will return to this local location that is a hundred times cleaner than any in Toronto.

Smaller location but found the staff to be attentive and supportive of customer needs. Often there is a line out the door but the team is well trained and turning out food quickly.Outside seating would help, particularly wihmth an ice cream shopWashrooms weren't could have used additional attention.

Ordered a cake for our gender reveal. They took the time to write a sign in each color, pink and blue. Also great skor cake very happy.
