We really enjoy DQ treats so I decided to order an ice cream cake for Thanksgiving/my mom 's birthday. I ordered on Tuesday for pick up on Thursday, which it allowed me to do online. Pulled up on Thursday (Nov 23 Thanksgiving) to see a sign on the door This location closed Thursday, Nov 22. What?? Disappointed is an understatement as this was our dessert for the holiday and to celebrate a big birthday.When we called on Friday, Nov 24, they said they did not have our order. Doesn't help that the lady at the drive theough had a bad attitude and ditched us mid order. She must be the manager and told someone else to take the mic. We went as soon as they opened, and the fries feels like they are from last night's.. cold and leathery and old. and for some reason wayyyy to much salt on them. And while I ate the burger I found a piece of paper in it.. see picture below. Not only were the fries old, the veggies lettuce and tomato were also soggy and limp as if from yesterday. Yuck. What a wasted lunch. Do not recommend. Hope we don't get sick from eating these food..

Ordered the meal deal with cheeseburger and upgraded for .60 for the blizzard. We Also ordered the kids chicken strip meal. Both were good and hot. Dining area was clean and Bathrooms clean. We would come back. Service was fast and friendly.

Requested specific dip, and was given something totally different. Had to go in to get the correct dips, and I had to wait for 15 minutes. Now my food is cold. Also received the wrong ice cream.
Can never go wrong with a dipped cone, and the turtle blizzard was so good! Really good service from the staff member taking our order. Thank you :
This DQ location has closed down as of 12/28/23. Food was never great, but gonna miss the blizzards which were always good.
I love this resturant .....food was scrumptious even staff was friendly and polite....i must reccommmend this.
