The staff at this restaurant is excellent, but the management and owner clearly shouldn't be in this line of work. My daughter worked there, and when a problem arose, instead of handling it privately, the manager shouted at her in front of everyone in the store. Two kind nurses stepped up to comfort her, assuring her that everything would be alright. No one should be spoken to in that manner. When I brought this issue to the owner's attention, he was equally disrespectful and seemed annoyed by my concerns. He told me that sometimes the kids need to be talked to like that because they don't listen, and then he started yelling at me so loudly that my husband could hear him through the phone.
The other day, my friend decided he wanted chicken strips with extra toast and country gravy for lunch. We chose this place because he claimed they had the best chicken strips, and I wanted to make him happy. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much from the meal, but I was completely surprised—it was probably the best chicken strips I've ever had! Our meals were served to our table as soon as they were ready, and everything was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was nice and clean. I'll definitely be coming back for those chicken strips again!

I had reached out to start a fundraiser to raise funds in honor of my mom who just passed, to donate the proceeds to two different charities. I expressed that I was upset I called Sunday, they took my name and number. I stopped in yesterday and they took my email. The owner rudely messaged back saying I should find another fundraiser that they 're very busy and understaffed. it doesn 't take that long to send an email, busy or not busy all day long. You think DQ and you think ice cream. But maybe go there when you want lunch or dinner.. you can't beat one of Their chicken sandwich/baskets or burger combos. Fast food but with quality surpassing your typical surrounding fastfood joints. And to top it off, That ice cream machines working every time.
This is a wonderful place to eat or grab takeout. The staff is helpful and quick to serve your food, and they are always friendly and pleasant to talk to. I really appreciate that! They definitely deserve a raise!
