I've tried this restaurant twice, hoping for a better experience each time. When I ordered a chocolate malt, I received a half-stirred regular chocolate shake instead. The food was terrible, and while I was still placing my order, they seemed to get distracted as if someone else was on the intercom. I can confidently say this is the worst place to eat in Cartersville.
If you decide to go here, beware of the road pulling in! You will need a 4 wheel drive! The pot holes will swallow your car and tear your tires up. It?s a shame that Advance Auto has to be next door to them. Dairy Queen, step up and fix your drive intoyour store. Show some pride in ownership and care for your patrons who visit your store. Also, mow your grass.
Lobby and dining area closed. The Soft serve is still the standard for fast food. It's DQ food not gourmet ice cream so just enjoy it. Don't be confused by this review. I enjoyed my dipped cone and the three stars leave room for improvement. TheSoftserv need no improvement, it's exactly the same as it was when I was a child.
I love dairy queen! they got my order wrong, I think, and I still loved it. I couldnt really tell if they got my order right or wrong because it was dark outside, but it still tastes pretty good and the receipt was correct. anyways, I love dairy queen and I will keep coming back! Customers should be requested to move their cars to a parking spot if their order isn't ready at the drive-thru, allowing others to exit more easily. Furthermore, removing the curb would help create a smoother departure for those who have been waiting too long.
The is the very best Dairy Queen. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The keep the line moving so the wait is not to long.
The food was hot and delicious. I noticed that the drive-thru had a cup taped up for tips, which was amusing!
