We arrived late in evening just before close. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One of the young men helped my daughter who was being very indecisive. He described each of the blizzard flavors to her through his personal experience and favorites. She really appreciated that. The workers were friendly and smiled and never seemed put out by us arriving near close as many places would. Everything was made with care and brought out to us. The friendliest staff of any DQ I have ever been. I highly recommend anyone to visit this location!
For a fast food place, this one understands what it's doing. It always seems clean, the kids waiting on you are friendly and fast, the food comes out just as you want it and it's very consistent. I believe that line around the building, all day, every day is a testament to how well this place does it's job. And honestly, who doesn't like Dairy Queen frozen treats? Yum! Having them be so friendly, fast and clean just makes you want to come back. Good job!
Well managed and run fast food institution in Bella Vista. This DQ has been here for as long as I can remember and in that time has been a standout in the fast food world. The ice cream treats are great but the real star here are some far better than average fast food burgers. They prepare them fresh so expect a bit longer wait than the competition but also expect a better burger, friendly service and great dessert!
I can't speak for all locations, but this one has the most fantastic onion rings I've ever had at a fast food place, and they're even better than some sit-down restaurants I've tried. They stay piping hot and crispy fresh when you get home if you use the drive-thru. I came at lunch to pick up a preordered cake and order lunch for my family. They were very busy, but efficient. The cake was exactly what I asked online. Most workers look very young and they were all very nice, helpful and excused for waiting (which was really not long at all).
One of the better DQs I have been to. Their burgers have the best flavor and everything always comes out piping hot. The ice cream is the same as any other location. I wish there was a DQ in Bentonville so this would be a more common lunch choice.
We decided to dine in instead of using the drive-thru. After placing our order and grabbing our drinks, we hardly had time to sit down before our food arrived at the table.
