I decided to get out and ask the drivers behind us if they could let us out, especially as two additional cars arrived. I tried to change my mind about asking, but the woman behind me insisted that I should just ask them to move, and they would be more than happy to help. She was right; people were very accommodating, moving around to ensure we didn't have to wait in a line for no food. It was heartwarming to see such kindness! However, I can't say the same for Dairy Queen. They should have put up a larger sign at the entrance to the drive-thru to spare everyone the inconvenience. I doubt we were the only ones who faced this issue today. Additionally, last week we visited and ordered a min...

Wing through the entrance line to find no burgers! And some cheerful little handmade characters on the speaker! I drove up there to get some food, because it's just treating me. So I ordered a fish sandwich and that was good. The older gentleman at the window was pleasant and I asked if they ran out of burgers and were shocked to his answer. I could have assumed, ran out, grill is broken, but Friteurs work, etc., but he said that we don't have another that is all right, and they have a great time to do. Hm. Used as Flattop Line Cook. This is preposterous. I guess they all have to cook their burgers in the morning before the opening and let them just sit in water waiting for an order so that...

I stopped here during a short lunch break to grab a quick bite. I’m not sure what the car ahead of me ordered, but it took them at least 10 minutes to complete their order, and they were waiting in line instead of parking. When I finally got my food, it was melted and looked unappetizing! I asked how long it had been sitting there, even though I already suspected the answer, and the young lady insisted it was freshly made. I pointed out that it was all melted and in liquid form! She tried to say that sometimes it comes out that way, but I wasn't convinced. It's a shame, because they could do so much better if they paid attention to their service! This Dairy Queen gets a big thumbs down from...

It's Dairy Queen, so you know what to expect. I really enjoy their Blizzards, but I have to rate this visit four stars because my Blizzard was a bit skimpy on the toppings. I understand that the dine-in area was closed due to staffing shortages, which is a common issue these days. The drive-thru was managed by a diligent woman who was clearly putting in a lot of effort. While I'm not sure of her age, she seemed to be working for some extra income in retirement. It was just her and a line cook managing everything on a busy Sunday afternoon, which is quite impressive. Hats off to her, but it underscores the need for more people to step up and join the workforce! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I had a wonderful experience! The older gentleman at the drive-thru was exceptional! He greeted us warmly with a smile, made us laugh, and was incredibly courteous. I only wish I had caught his name to give him a proper shout-out, but he did mention he was in his seventies. It was so refreshing to receive such a warm welcome. I really appreciate this gentleman for going the extra mile to make our drive-thru visit enjoyable. A huge thank you to him for being so friendly and cheerful! And also to whoever hired him—thank you! You have a fantastic employee who truly represents Dairy Queen well! Awesome!!!

I had a terrible experience! I took my grandkids out for ice cream, but when we arrived, the front door was closed due to a staff shortage. That was fine; we decided to use the drive-thru instead. We waited for about 10 minutes because of the lack of staff. I ordered two small vanilla cones with dips. When I went to pay, the cashier quoted me a total of over $13. I was confused and clarified that I only ordered two small cones. She then told me she didn’t have my order. I repeated my request, but she informed me that she couldn’t take my order because there was a long line behind us.

I also needed a drink refill, but I waited over 10 minutes at the register before anyone acknowledged my presence. When someone finally came to help me, I received a refill that was only half full. It honestly felt like there were no adults running the place—just a bunch of kids having fun and hanging out.

I'm not sure why they haven't opened their dining room yet. The drive-thru is often wrapped around the building, and sometimes it even extends into the street. Although the staff seems a bit disorganized, the food and shakes are excellent. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

It would be helpful if your store turned off the lights, especially the sign, if you close at 6 PM. It seems like there's a lack of common sense when it comes to managing this place.
