Awesome experience! The older gentleman at the drive thru was awesome! He greeted us with a smile....he joked with us and was very polite. I wished I had gotten his name so I could mention him, but he did mention he was '70 something. ' It was refreshing to be greeted with a smile for a change, I commend this gentleman for going above and beyond to make our drive thru experience fun! Thank you to this gentleman for smiling and just being a friendly person. To whoever hired this gentleman....thank you also, you have a very good employee working for you and representing Dairy Queen! Awesome!!!
OK, it's DQ, you know what you're getting. Love a good Blizzard. Only reason it's a 4 today is that my blizzard was really short on the candy. However, the dine-in area was closed due to short staffing, I get it. Everyone is short staffed. The drive through was staffed by a nice lady that was working her tail off. I won't guess her age, but I assume this might be post retirement additional income for her. I say that, because it looked like it was only her and a line cook working the place on a busy Sunday afternoon. Kudos to her, but wow. People need to get off their and get to work!
Tonight at 8:45 in the store. We sat for 20 minutes in the drive-thru line without answer from speaker. We moved up to see that nobody worked yet, but all the lights and signs were still on. When your business is closed early, at least tell them that they turn off the light and sign so I don't waste my time sitting in the line.
I don’t understand why they haven’t opened their dining room yet. The drive thru is always wrapped around the building and sometimes into the road. Staff seems very disorganized but the actual food and shakes are great.
