I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru on Thursday, April 11, around noon. The young girl working there was extremely rude. She practically threw my order at me through the window and had a terrible attitude. This Dairy Queen is usually known for its friendly service, so I was shocked by her behavior. It really makes me wonder why someone like her is allowed to work the drive-thru. She clearly needs to improve her customer service skills, as her attitude left a sour impression. I will definitely share my experience with others. While the food was good, the customer service was absolutely terrible.
The ice cream is served without lids, which I found off-putting. When you're seated near other diners, it feels uncomfortable knowing that their food is right in front of you. It's disconcerting to think about others touching or breathing on the food before it’s brought to your table. After waiting five minutes, I discovered that the food was meant for me, but when I asked for a replacement or a refund, they seemed annoyed.
The drive-thru was super busy but we were only in line for maybe 5 to 7 min...so the service was fast and people were friendly...we got 2 cheese cake blizzards, brownie whatever it was, 2 hot dogs and they gave our dog Shadow (golden retriever) a pup cup of whipcream...Very Satisfied...Thank You
I ordered the spilt and the cotton candy in June, I got as such. But they gave me a melted whipped cream as the freezer was down. Definitely don 't go here if you wanna be surprised. But if you like banana spirits and cotton candy definitely go to a different dairy queen. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I really love this place! The food is great most of the time, but it can get pretty busy, which sometimes leads to slow service, just like with any family-oriented restaurant. I enjoy taking my family here, and my daughter absolutely adores the DQ ice cream!
Sunday afternoon ice cream treats for our family. Service was with a smile and friendly, our food was made just right. No line to wait in and our order was quickly ready.
I literally ordered a peanut butter milkshake and I didn't even have time to put my money back in my wallet it was already done plus a bunch of pretty faces!
