Don’t even waste your time coming here for melted ice cream. What a disgrace this place has become. This use to be our go to DQ and now I will never step foot in this place. We ordered two blizzard, both blizzards came out like straight liquid. It’s posted all over that they do the “ Signature blizzard flip” it’s Even stated that if they don’t you will get a coupon for a free small one. My husband brought this up to the young boy who gave us out blizzard. He stated “ we don’t do that here”, when we brough it to his attthat it’s posted a younger Asian girl came to the window and agreed with him that they didn’t do it. When I asked why our ice cream was melted they said it’s just how the machi...
Under new management, this place has definitely improved. Despite the extra charge if you pay by credit card, we've had good service and treats. Recently, our town's Girl Scouts troop had an ice cream cake decorating class at Dairy Queen where they each had their own 8-inch to decorate and take home. The staff members who helped out did a great job. The room where the class was held was sizable and clean, as well as their bathrooms. Definitely a nice place to hold a private event like that or even a birthday party.
Blatantly terrible customer service, we ordered a Reese's blizzard and let them know that we have a gluten intolerance and they said it's not a big deal. Upon receiving the Reese's blizzard it was filled with cookie peices so we asked if they could make it again and try not to get any cookies in it. They denied and said we would have to wait on the 30 minute long line again and order.
They let their patrons throw their trash behind the building, and they don’t pick it up. There are hundreds of empty Dairy Queen cups, plastic containers, lids, etc. directly behind the parking lot (in the forest), and it’s disgusting/bad for the environment. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The place will scam you, not give you what you ordered. Ordered a blizzard didn’t get all the ingredients I ordered.
Had a shake....very good. Service was great. They were closing but still made time for our order...thank you DQ
Cool spot. Parking lot can be very packed. Don't go here on a Friday or Saturday night it is popular
