Went through the drive thru this evening and my order was say $9.27 so I handed the boy $10.27. He snatched the ten from my hand causing the change to go everywhere including up under my car. Then looked at me like I should crawl around and get it! Then started giving me change. I told him it should be a dollar even. He said well if you pick up that change you will haveyour dollar. How freaking rude! It wasn?t the money it was the principal. He caused the problem, why is it on me tocrawl around and get my difference. Then the hotdogs were just thrown in the bag all unwrapped. What a mess. I won?t bothergoing there again.
I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru on Thursday, April 11, around noon. The young girl working there was extremely rude. She practically threw my order at me through the window and had a terrible attitude. This Dairy Queen is usually known for its friendly service, so I was shocked by her behavior. It really makes me wonder why someone like her is allowed to work the drive-thru. She clearly needs to improve her customer service skills, as her attitude left a sour impression. I will definitely share my experience with others. While the food was good, the customer service was absolutely terrible.
The ice cream is served without lids, which I found off-putting. When you're seated near other diners, it feels uncomfortable knowing that their food is right in front of you. It's disconcerting to think about others touching or breathing on the food before it’s brought to your table. After waiting five minutes, I discovered that the food was meant for me, but when I asked for a replacement or a refund, they seemed annoyed.
5 stars because a dark haired girl makes the place run smoothly and needs a huge raise. She is never there on the weekends which is a shame. When she is there my order is correct and the ice cream is amazing, you can tell she cares. If I had to rate theweekend crew, it would probably be 2 stars. They are so slow and 90% of the time get melty ice cream.

Beware that this DQ DOES NOT participate in the DQ app. So if you go there looking for points or to use rewards you will not be able to do so and I saw no signage there about this. Beyond that I didn't think their chocolate ice cream was as chocolatey asother DQ's.
Sunday afternoon ice cream treats for our family. Service was with a smile and friendly, our food was made just right. No line to wait in and our order was quickly ready.
Very polite and kind,gave both my dogs a cup of ice cream and helpful as can be.. if could give this DQ a 10 I would..try nitro dq.very good DQ
Nitro Dairy Queen has the best ice... just right...not melted when you handed out like those in St Albans

It's a busy but friendly spot with covered outdoor seating. The New York style cheesecake is glorious!!!
They havd the best hotdogs an barbecue ever... Love there milkahakes an icecream.
