I recently had lunch with a colleague at Daisy May's Coffee Boutique in Edge Hill. The café has a modern atmosphere and is located in a classy part of town. Upon entering, we were met with unique and relaxing décor, as well as friendly staff and a welcoming manager. I ordered "The Highway Burger," which included a juicy beef patty, Swiss cheese, and mushrooms. The hot chips that came with it were delicious. We also picked out some desserts to share with our colleagues back at the office, all of which were made fresh every morning by their French pastry chef.
