Dallas Tortilla Tamale Factory

The last three batches of chicken tamales from this restaurant were terrible. The meat was too dry and the masa was too thick. The tamales had a commercial, non-authentic taste and did not resemble traditional tamales at all. Despite the high cost, the food was not worth it. After multiple complaints about missing items and dry enchiladas, my family and I decided to try a new place in Dallas that serves excellent traditional tamales. I enjoy having meat or vegetables in my pho. I have stopped buying it because the portion of meat is not sufficient. Please correct this so that customers will enjoy their meal. Thank you.
