I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. The staff at the front is friendly, but the older, disgruntled employee has a problem making sandwiches for customers of color. In the past, we have not felt welcomed here, but we had limited options after moving from NYC. Today, my fiancé tried to order three breakfast sandwiches and was told they couldn't make that many because they had no cooks, even though other customers were enjoying their meals. It's a shame that I had to bring attention to this unacceptable behavior.
I have never had a disappointing meal at Dan and Marianna's! My favorite dishes include their fried chicken sandwich, boom boom shrimp, and the mucci and eggplant sandwich. The staff are incredibly friendly and always have a smile on their faces, even when delivering orders. The gelato is also amazing. Don't miss out on this place - you won't be disappointed!
I have lost count of the number of times I have received my food with toppings and extras I didn't request while dining at this restaurant. It's understandable when it happens occasionally, but it seems to be a common occurrence here. The owner should provide better training for the staff.
Forgot about this place...not just a deli, stop by or see online, big menu, you can eat comfortably inside too..has different great food, but all the regular stuff too, from breakfast to really different dinners, really nice staff too

Thanks for the delivery of food when I was sick, love you! I am new to middlesex and came over this jewel so happy I did, remembers me brooklyn! loves the personal how they care about the food! Comfort food in its best! I feel better
Best place around we just starting ordering from there at my office and do we all love the food, it is fresh and the taste ? perfect. I completely recommend the shrimp tacos delicious. Costumer service is awesome. Love this place!!
Best roast beef sandwich I ever had and I have had many. The roast beef was rare and the young man that made it made sure the meat, cheese etc. was spread out so you got some of everything in each bite. I recommend going there.
excellent, well-made eating . they can say quality and carefree that goes into this delicious eating. even the children of chickens and carrots, mac and cheese are fresh and homemade! highly recommended!

Boss took me for a lunch break here and boy oh boy I had the singular best grilled cheese I've ever had in my life. Very excited to keep my job in the Middlesex area so I can have another grilled cheese.
