Dan B. - La Table de Ventabren

On a recent trip to Provence, my wife and I had dinner at Dan B., and found it to be a really lovely experience. Both the food and service throughout our meal were excellent, and we were very impressed. I liked that the food was...gastronomic, but still with a focus on being approachable, which is really important. We were staying in a hotel a bit away from the restaurant, closer to Aix-en-Provence, but we had read enough good things about Dan B. that we still wanted to make sure to try it. We used a driver service that the restaurant recommends to bring us to the restaurant for dinner in a Tesla. we had dinner here this year and while we live about an hour from the restaurant, we found accommodation near where we spent the night. the menus are always fascinating with modest help beautifully prepared. eating is always very fresh and that is. especially true for the garnel and fish. the service is not so good, and the employees are some of the most attractive I have met. I will save for the next visit.

dan b is an amazing restaurant and we try to eat here at least twice a year. the dishes are very original, always very fresh and perfectly served. I can't think of any other restaurant where we have eaten in the last three years where eating was better.

everything was a beautiful discovery and travel, the location, the environment, the warm service and the beautiful coating. but above all, as it should be, it was delicious. surprising, creatiw, but never pleasure to enjoy great dishes.
