It was a bit disappointing, the BBQ was good, had brisket and smoked sausage. Sausage was a tad on the dry side. The burnt ends were really tasty though. The sides on the other hand were bland. Maybe to counter the salt from the bbq but the Mac and cheese dishes the kids had no seasoning what so ever. The kids are foodies and have a great sense of flavor and for them to not even dent the food is telling.Wife had an old fashioned and it was terrible. It was our first time there and everyone can have an off day. Oh btw the collards were great. Don't know if we will go back. If we do it will be just for bbq not the sides.
Do NOT pay attention to the positive feedback for food quality. I swear on the lives of my kids those people have no idea what they're talking about. The food is dry and never hot or fresh. If you actually want to eat the same type of foods, wait for it to be fresh and delicious and hot? Just go to Massapequa Diner. This stupid dang bbq needs to be shut down immediately. Oh and by the way, the owner who used to have this place as the Seaford Palace diner? He now opened up a new diner in Hempstead just next to the 135. Go there everybody! I pledge you my word, you will not be disappointed.
There’s nothing quite like a family barbecue with delicious food and little hassle! Dangs BBQ Seaford was a lifesaver for my family gathering. I could relax and enjoy time with my family and my baby without worrying about preparation or feeding everyone. The food was outstanding and more than enough. A huge thank you to Brian for recommending the perfect catering package and accommodating my last-minute order. You all are fantastic!
Overall, this place is fantastic—definitely a delicious spot! I'd give it an 8 out of 10. I recommend bringing around $50, as there’s such a wide variety of food that it's hard to choose. The staff is friendly, and there's plenty of space around the tables, which is nice. I had the burger with bacon, and it was really good—super juicy, and you can really taste the freshness! After a Long Beach day and built up hunger we decided to give this place a try and it was worth it! Large portions we had delicious beef ribs and not to mention the amazing service we got from our server Maureen ! : she took care of us and was so sweet and gave my son crayons and a coloring page. We will be coming back :D
Full rack of meaty ribs very good, homemade potato chips extra crunchy, mashed potatoes no lumps, cornbread not sure about. Food came to table very quickly after lovely server took out order.Plenty of seating, big parking lot. Very family friendly.
