We were three adults (Canadians) renting an apartment around the corner from this restaurant during our 6 day visit to Paris. We actually ate here near the beginning of our visit and once again on our last night as we rationalized that first time "it wasn't that terrible" and it was a Sunday and there was less choice locally.The first time we ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. The pizzas were ok but not as fantastic as a number of reviews we read seemed to indicate. Wrote it of to "everybody's got a different idea about what a good pizza is" and we weren't as impressed as others had been. OK, difference of opinion.Second time 2 had pasta dishes and another had a special consisting of a duck breas...
I wanted to eat something and drink tea with my girlfriend and with my sister.First they didn t say goodevening or welcome. After we wanted to eat something but the waiter told us "you can order 45 minutes later. We arrived 18:15 and we must order at 19:00 !!!!So we wanted to drink tea and water before eating. Again the waiter told us "YOU CAN NOT ORDER WATER IF YOU DO NOT ORDER FOOD" . What kind of restaurant was it still i didn t understand. I was shocked totalty. Unpolite waiter and totaly strange system.I ve never seen kind of this restaurant in my life. It was worst experience for us.
Went to have a business lunch meeting here and was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The server was polite, the menu was quite vast and food was good. On top of that, there is a free wifi (very important for business lunch meetings!). The location was also good, easy to find as it is a few meters away from the exit of métro Saint Mandé. The decoration was cozy and quite amusing to look at (quite colourful decoration). This place is always full so be sure to avoid peak hours! Must try if you are in the area.
Other than no one speaking English (and barely understanding our horrible French lol) this place was excellent!!! Large portions of simple pasta and pizza for the kids, but expertly seasoned and very fresh ingredients. The kids split a pizza which was amazing!! Highly recommend for a nice, quiet dinner if you are staying in town.

The food is really good and you have a wide variety of choices, even if a bit pricey. Great wines as well. The service is nice and efficient. Can get a bit crowded at lunch time, make sure to book a table.
Parfait de l accueil au départ. Tres bonne adresse à recommander. Le pavé de saumon était bien saisi ce qui est peu évident. Excellent accompagnement de légumes et pâtes. Prêt à y revenir.
The pizzas are great, thin crust...very tasty and in all a good value, friendly service...I now a regular here... A must is their tiramisu!
