Shame on me for never giving this a shot. I used to always see it whenever I was on the bus on my way to college classes and back home or simply walking by. I've seen this place go through renovation after renovation throughout the years but never stepped inside. Today, I decided to do so to further check out more eateries in my community and support local businesses. This restaurant is not good.!!!The cashier just wants your money ! They don’t care about their restaurant. You place your order for pickup they give you a pickup time but when you get there you still have to wait !!! And they don’t give you utensils and condiments until you ask???? Seriously??? And you ALL need to check your food before you leave because the cashier is the one dishing out your meal with the left over meat!!! That’s not RIGHT!!! And not the way to treat people!! They need to treat their cashier how to great and treat customers !!! And don’t think about only the money!!!!!
Vishal drove all the way from Richmond Hill to my neck of the woods and was such a pleasant man, food was extraordinary, thank you for delivering to us, I know it was a glitch on seamless however the wonderful woman who I spoke with was beyond kind, sweet, generous and professional. Thank you so very much Update 6/11/23 Had to upload images of the amazing food that Dar Bar always serves us. The price is unbeatable and the total was only $53 for a family of three with lots of leftovers for the next few days.
On June 16th, I placed a catering order. For the fried chicken, I asked for legs and thighs instead of other pieces. I paid over $100 just for 75 pieces. However, that was not the point. I was so stupid. I never checked my order and when I went to drop it at the party, It was a whole tray of legs only. They don't take their Time when talking orders or re check what they're giving people. HORRIBLE !

When you see a menu listing their food items from wall to wall, you know they in they bag with it. Got the zesty and hot Nashville burger with the beef ribs. The burgers weren’t anything special. But the beef ribs were saucy, a bit chewy and smoked well. The fries were salted well, great crisp and potato content ratio. The best on the menu. Really enjoyed this place.
Received food via Uber eats and the food was fantastic! I’ve had beef short ribs before but this place is halal and they were really good. They were very flavorful. Surprisingly, the star of the meal was the chicken fried rice. It was incredibly flavorful, fresh, and delicious. Great spot!
i always eat from here and the chicken is always juicy. i ordered delivery for the first time at 8 and it arrived at 9. the chicken was dry and the fries were hard. the chicken was cold as bricks and i couldn't swallow it if i didnt have a drink. the chicken sandwich was good though
The food was fresh . Chicken was good , however, I ask for extra pepper sauce , they give me ONE and a whole lot of hot sauce vinegar water) I spent $60 at least give me two container of pepper sauce and keep all the hot sauce for those that can’t handle their spice .

Food used to be good. The last two times they sent me stale rice and chicken. Another time the peppersauce was spoiled and ruined my whole tray of food.
