Typically we love Dave and busters but our experience at this location was not good at all. to park, had to wait half an hour for a table despite being mostly empty tables, waitress couldn’t be bothered to actually answer a question, never saw her again, someone else brought out our food, wings weren’t hot, fries were warm at most, no drink refills cause we couldn’t find our waitress, the list could go on and on. Very disappointed. We will try one of the other Philly area locations next time we’re in town.
I have been to D&B in MA and RI and expected the experience to be similar. The Philly D&B was awful!!! Restaurant was empty yet we waited so long for everything drinks,/food/waitress attention. Was told paper menus were outdated but the QR to scan to order was so glitchy. Also half the menu was out of stock. Kids food came out before adults. Staff seemed very lost. Terrible experience. Not sure I will return to any D&B after this experience.
my family enjoyed this situation we will definitely be back, but during the day again I am not so crazy about lighting in the garage and old fashion front and elevator and the staircase was not working. coming into this place for me is dangerous for younger children or children with special needs. but our waiter was amazing.
it was my third to dave buster’s and I really appreciate the self-order with the QR code, because something has never changed, as the server takes more than five minutes to welcome her table. we put our order online and the food was taken out 30 to 40 minutes later. that was okay.

there were four of us, and someone ordered an salate. it took almost an hour until the salad came to our table. all others got their food within minutes. all the other burgers ordered and I had to ask for a manager that the salat comes out. How long does it take to cook an salad?
arcade was great, but very limited menu...we came to eat and not a great choice! They said they sold a lot of eat yesterday for easter, so there was not much to choose and the wings were not hot. other than it was a good time
came here asked for a manager, manager never came. asked server about a drink took her minutes to come back to the table and didn’t even say a thing about the drink. came back to the table a hour later still… More
arcade super, hour and half waiting to sit for the meal when there were numerous empty tables determined to eat somewhere else
