Dave's Giant Hamburger is located right next to a baseball field. It is surrounded by beautiful flowers on the fence, allowing customers to enjoy the pleasant aroma, including the Californian state flower, the Californian poppy (which is not actually available for selection, by the way!). The staff are all friendly and patient, cooking the food in front of customers. The food was fresh and hot, and served quickly. There are limited indoor seating options, so dining outside is recommended, especially on a nice day. Dave's Giant Hamburger is a hidden gem in Fairfield, with plenty of parking available.
On February 22nd, 2022, I visited this amazing restaurant and was impressed by its cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. The burgers are cooked to perfection based on your preference and come with fresh vegetables and a variety of over 10 different flavors of shakes. If you enjoy homemade burgers, this place is a must-visit! They also offer chili and delicious desserts. I highly recommend trying their cheeseburger and toffee/chocolate chip shake. Overall, everything was delicious and I can't wait to come back!
On my way back home, I had to stop at Dave's for a burger. Oh my god! Living in Tennessee, you forget just how incredible a Dave's burger is. I brought my daughter for the first time in her 15 years, and the picture captures the exact moment she fell in love with Dave's giant burgers. Her exact words were, "Mom, seriously? They introduced me to In-N-Out before Dave's? I could have been eating Dave's all these years!" Needless to say, Dave's will be our first and last stop for all future visits back home.
Dave's Heimburgers have been a Fairfield Favorite for as long as I can remember. Burgers are very flavorful. If you like milkshakes they have several different flavors. Anytime you're driving through Fairfield and need a BIG bite to eat, stop at Dave's. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The burgers and shake and almost everything is good but the omelet is not good it's literally overcooked egg with kraft cheese very skinny omelet too. I love this place but the omelets is not your best item shredded cheese would make a difference.
To be totally honest this place has gone downhill since Dave died but the burgers are still not that bad. The staff is still very nice and very friendly and the options for pies and cakes has really dwindled.
What a great burger! Indoor and outdoor seating in a nice atmosphere. Your burger is made fresh and you get grilled onions if desired or sliced with no up charge.
