I have been coming to David’s Bistro for about 6 to 8 months usually at least twice a month. The atmosphere is very quaint and not noisy like most of the restaurants in London, the food is absolutely delicious, I have never had a dish I did not like. They have something called pricks fix which consists of an appetizer and a main course Both full-size for $36 if you add a dessert it’s $40 they are delectable. If by chance you’re so lucky to be here when they have their smoked duck on Biscotti with greens and a nice drizzle , Order it you will not believe how it melts in your mouth is absolutely the most decadent dish I’ve ever had in my entire life absolutely phenomenal. Quaint atmosphere, quiet and very comfortable. We were welcomed, had our coats hung for us and seated right away. The gentleman who served us during our stay was the owner who clearly had great pride in his staff and establishment, and so he should. The food portions were very generous and very flavourful. I’d mentioned we were going to share the starter Caesar which was thoughtfully brought out to us on two plates. (Superb attention to details!!! The chef was on point with food temp, taste and presentation. We will most definitely make the 25 minute drive to dine here again. Prices very reasonable. Staff amazing. A great evening out for dinner.
We were extremely impressed with this restaurant, which ranks very high on our list. The atmosphere was lovely, the service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. My daughter, husband, sister, and I had a fantastic meal together. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient, and the dishes were beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. The dessert was especially amazing. Even when we made our reservation, the staff member was friendly and very helpful. This was our first visit to this restaurant, but it definitely won't be our last.
I've been going to David's since the night they opened more than 20 years ago; at first once a week, now at least three times. The welcome is the warmest, the food always beautifully prepared, and the selection of wines by the glass is unbeatable. Oh yes, there's a three course prix fixe, and usually a daily special. If you'd like a red wine sauce rather than the listed white, the chef will oblige! Outstanding experience. David was our server and he was fantastic. Just warm, extremely nice person. He perfectly paired every course with wines from around the world. Food was prepared perfectly, tasted phenomenal, and modified without issue to accommodate a dairy allergy. The busy yet relaxing vibe was exactly what we were looking for.Next time we are back in town this is a guaranteed stop for dinner. Highly recommend you do too!
Our couples evening to celebrate a birthday was worth the reservation and time spent. Our guests had never been here and it was definitely worth introducing them to this gem. We all were delighted by David’s service and the food did not disappoint in any way. We enjoyed every from the wine selection through to the dessert course.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful evening at David’s Bistro. A special birthday for my wife. The courses were all amazing and Ben's suggestions and attentive service was appreciated. Just amazing! My coworker and I went here for dinner and everything from the fresh baked bread to our mains and desserts was perfect. The filet mignon was some of the best I've ever had. So delicious! The service was wonderful and I would 100% recommend this hidden gem
