If you ever experience a problem with your meal, don't expect any help or discounts with your meal. You pay full price, for everything. Found a hair? Too bad. Not what you ordered? Wait ANOTHER half hour for your food and it STILL might not be what you wanted!! Poorly managed business with no thought to customer service at all. The only thing they have going for them is their cooks.. he at least prepares food well, when he is given the right information for the order!
We never used to have a problem with this place, but I guess the management has gone downhill. We went in, sat down, and were ignored. Must've been there for about ten minutes, and the staff kept looking over and making eye contact, so they knew we were there. But no one came over to take our order. We left and took our business to the Sunset Grill around the corner. At least they welcomed our business.
We stopped for breakfast here while running some errands and we will be back. My peameal and cheese sandwich was delicious, my husband enjoyed his eggs and the coffee was nice and hot. The service was excellent. As busy as this place was our waitress checked in on us regularly, was polite and extremely attentive which is something we value very much when eating out.
Fantastic breakfast set in a cosy atmosphere. Friendly staff, super attentive, and most importantly the kitchen makes delicious consistent food all the time. Quality of food good be a lot better Need to clean there grill occasionally during their busy time My omelette tasted like everyone's breakfast before me except burnt Pricey and will not go back
The breakfast at this restaurant is fantastic and reasonably priced. I opted for the peameal bacon and egg benedict, which was incredibly delicious. The staff is also very friendly.
Because it was Mother's Day, we had to wait a little while, but everything went smoothly. The waitress was very accommodating to all guests. We all enjoyed our meal. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Worst breakfast place in newmarket Orded a egg benedict poached soft it took over 30 minutes . Came out with super hard eggs Very slow service!!!
