Truly impressive! I don’t often say that about restaurants. I can confidently say that the fried seafood dish was fantastic. The portions were a bit small, but as they say, good things come in small packages. There are plenty of parking spaces available. I can’t comment on the interior because I didn’t go inside, but the fried seafood dish is definitely a winner. Next time I visit, I'll provide a more thorough evaluation. I hope this helps you!
Went to D'Carbon with my family for dinner. Most of the food was pretty good. My steak was a bit salty. My kids loved the rice and the rotisserie chicken. The green sauce is amazing! The drinks were also pretty good and can't complain about prices. We sat in the outside area, and there was a strange smell; however, it could have been from any of the surrounding places. We had a nice experience and I would go back again.
The food at this restaurant is decent, but the customer service is terrible. The staff often responds rudely when you ask for an extra sauce, and if they mess up your order, they try to make you cover the cost of their mistake. Additionally, I've had consistent issues reaching them by phone; I often have to call 20 times just to get someone to pick up, and even then, they hang up without saying a word.
This is the best place to enjoy Peruvian cuisine! The food is bursting with flavor, the meats are juicy, and the shrimp with sauce are simply perfect. The drinks are fantastic as well. The food and drinks were fantastic, but I have to echo the sentiments of other reviewers regarding the waitstaff. While we didn't require anything during our meal, no one came over to check in on us. That said, the food was definitely enjoyable.
The food was amazing, but the service could use some improvement. I'm not a fan of restaurants that automatically add a tip to the bill, as I feel it reflects poorly on the service provided. However, the quality of the food makes it worth it.
Don’t walk run. The best Peruvian food around with a great menu. The drinks are amazing and the service is great. They do get very busy so it’s possible to have a wait time. Well worth it though. Oh and the portions are awesome for a family.
