Amability and generosity. Couscous is good with lots of vegetables of all kinds. Pike meat is perfectible; unlike lamb mice served with vegetables. The boss gives an interesting lesson on the marketing of Moroccan wines in France. The gifts taken from a recent arrival from Morocco are one more: oil lamp and ingredients to flavor vodka. Note: I thought that the Brasserie de La Forêt was unexplained as Tunisian cuisine. Maybe to modify or change?

Superb welcome from Hamid and excellent couscous, different from Jacky's but just as good. Top service, the boss takes great care. A very good lunch with fresh produce and real know-how in the kitchen. Very good value for money.
Unsuccessful recipe for this new owner: vegetables and sour broth, visibly no fresh day, hard meat, insipid merguez. Difficult digestion. This take-out experience will not be renewed.
Very poor quality cuckoo, sour broth. Meat wasn't fresh. The skewers were immangeable, the merguez had nothing of a seagull. Nothing to do with the predecessors
The vegetables were very acidic, the meat had the same taste. The merguez were of poor quality and the semolina was not mellow. Very disappointed.
Nothing to say, to test, family and generous cuisine, fresh and very good quality products.. the best couscous in the region without hesitation
couscous we took to carry with my wife and it's a treat. Very well served in legumes and meat on top we will come back with great pleasure
