This is primarily a hotel, but you can also book here as a non-resident. Although I was part of a large non-vegan group, my diet requirements were sought without quibble and with a lot of adventurous cooking. It disappointed the cook that I don't eat desserts as he can make vegan meringue among other sweet treats. People were often jealous of the variety and colour of the dishes I got every evening. Excellente surprise avec mon épouse ce vendredi 12 Avril en découvrant cette table digne d'un étoilé.Cuisine raffinée, complexe et inventive présentée par un chef sympathique, à vos petits soins et ne poussant pas à la consommation.Excellent rapport qualité prix. Le tout servi par un personnel aimable et souriant . Un seul bémol à la décoration qui date un peu, mais l'ambiance authentique et la cheminée qui crépite à vos cotés valent le coup!
