An absolutely lovely belated birthday dinner. The staff was able to accommodate our request to move our reservation for dinner earlier in the evening. We had the 6-course tasting menu and were not disappointed. Most of the items were featured on the regular menu, but our two favourite dishes were not! A great flow and the service was fantastic.Thanks for a great meal!

Exquisite. This kiwi chef has nailed it. We enjoyed the six course degustation. Every dish, made from their roof grown verges, and seafood, was impeccable. The service gentle and engaged. the best bakery in the city. the room itself is beautiful and they seem to bring quality into everything they do here. recommend the quiche, the brot, the crucible sandwiches and pretty much all the others they have. also in any case recommend the holunderblume cordial.
I dined here on a Friday night and had an excellent experience in a quiet setting. It's a very small restaurant, but the food was delicious. We opted for the chef's tasting menu, and everything was simply wonderful.

bakery is fantastic. restaurant food is delicious. small menu, not much variety… at all. vegetarian and fish option only for main. waitress was lovely. owner was rude.
